These terms cover saylist: our Telegram assistant for sellers, our MCP server for AI assistants, and these web pages. saylist is run by [to be filled: operator name], [to be filled: operator address] ("we"). By using saylist you accept these terms. Our privacy policy says what we do with your data.

What saylist is

Sellers describe their business to our assistant in Telegram; saylist turns it into a catalog that customers' AI assistants can search. A customer's assistant can send a seller a booking request, and the seller answers in Telegram. saylist is free for sellers during the pilot.

We connect; we are not a party to the work

If you are a seller

If you are a customer, or an assistant acting for one

Not allowed

We may suspend or remove an account or a listing that breaks these rules.

AI and accuracy

Our assistant uses AI models, which can make mistakes. Code checks prices and confirmations, and nothing is published or committed without the seller's own words. Still, read what the assistant shows you; you are responsible for what you confirm.

Availability

saylist is a pilot. It is provided "as is" and "as available": it may change, pause or stop, and requests or messages may be delayed or lost. We will tell sellers in Telegram before we stop the service.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the work or goods sellers provide, for what customers or sellers do, or for indirect loss, lost profit or lost business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. We update this page and its date, and tell sellers in Telegram before a change that matters takes effect. Using saylist after that means you accept the new terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus decide disputes. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.
